Details

Provisional details for a number of higher education institutions are provided below. Further information will added to this page as it becomes available. You should contact the institution to which you have applied if you are unsure whether you need to write the NBT tests. Please note that although we have done our best to ensure the accuracy of information, the NBT project accepts no liability relating to the use of information published on this web site.

UCT:  All first time entry UCT applicants must write the tests.

Please Note:

  • You need only write the NBT tests once, even if you are applying to more than one university. All universities to which you apply will be able to access your test results.
  • If you are applying to more than one university, and if at least one university /faculty that you are applying to requires you to write the test, then you need to register and pay for one of the 2010 test dates.

You may write each of the tests a maximum of two times.  You will have to register anew for each of the writing sessions.
